Shipping Policy

Shipping Area

We currently ship to eligible delivery addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently support shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Orders are subject to supplier stock availability and fulfillment eligibility.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is included for eligible orders within the contiguous United States under our supplier’s current shipping terms. Eligibility must be confirmed before an order is accepted for fulfillment.

Order Processing

Orders are processed manually. After a customer places an order, the order information must be submitted to our supplier through its shared CSV order sheet. Supplier processing begins after the required order information is complete and payment has been received by the supplier.

Product availability and fulfillment eligibility must be confirmed against current supplier information before a product is offered as available for purchase and rechecked before the order is submitted.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is normally provided within 48 hours after the supplier receives complete order information and payment, excluding weekends and Chinese public holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed tracking or dispatch deadline.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery normally takes approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, and other circumstances outside our control.

Address Eligibility

Please confirm that your delivery address is within our supported shipping area before ordering. Alaska and Hawaii are not supported under the supplier’s current US shipping arrangement. Other address restrictions may apply and should be confirmed before an order is accepted.
